| The Willamette Master Chorus Holiday Celebration has been a Salem tradition
for years, and the 2008 edition promises to be especially memorable. The
Master Chorus under the direction of Dr. Paul Klemme, has invited the choirs
from Crossler and Judson Middle Schools to join the chorus December 20 at 7:00
p.m., December 21 at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for the premiere performance of a
composition written by Salem composer, Dave Metzger. Poems submitted by the
middle school students will be used as text for this new composition. The
Crossler and Judson Middle School Choirs under the direction of Jennifer
Kercher and David Loney will each have the opportunity to present a set of
Holiday selections. As always, the Holiday concert will conclude with a traditional and fabulous
audience carol sing along. Admission is free to children 12 and under – WMC's
