Robert returns to Willamette University to direct he George Bernard Shaw comedy, You Never Can Tell. Robert's pervious Willamette experience includes performing the roles of judge Adams in The Broken Jug, Hatch in The Sea, George Lewis in Once in a Lifetime and Iago in Othello. He directed Boy's Life and The Sisterhood while on the Willamette Theatre faculty during the 1996-1997 school year. Robert has extensive acting and directing experiences at theatres all over the country, including the Utah Shakespearean Festival, the Baltimoer Shakespearean Festival, the Empty Space Theatre in Seattle, Tacoma Actor's Guild, and the Idaho Shakespeare Festival. Favorite roles include Malvolio in Twelfth Night, Dr. Rance in What the Butler Saw, Friar Lawrence in Romeo and Juliet, the Fool in Accidental Death of an Anarchist, and a plethora of roles in A Tuna Christmas. Directing credits include The Miracle Worker, All's Well That Ends Well, The Children's Hour, Endgame, and The Baby Dance, which was voted Artistic Pick of the 1999 Seattle Fringe Festival. Robert was a founding member of the Chicago's Free Shakespeare Company, and is a member of Actor's Equity Association.
